Dubstep War Pigs by DJ Pur NRG
[–]88Will88 7 points 15 hours ago*
The media outlets realize that fear sells. Half of their buyers are women so they run with these fear mongering headlines "X% of women will be sexually assaulted between the ages of 18-35" etc. This allows them to continue to sell lies and therefore their product. They can point to a large female readership to advertisers who then pay to advertise with them. It feeds a cycle and the narrative continues. I would say that the liberal and mainstream media is the main reason this false narrative lives on. It was weaponized by groups of unattractive women who were doing gender studies as a major and then it was monetized by the media.
There are huge psychological factors at play here and I would need to write an essay and do a lot of research to do that any justice. The real reason these lies are perpetuated is financial. The owners of the media outlets have two target markets, liberals and conservatives. Conservative outlets sell fear of migrants, gun laws, and xenophobia; then liberal outlets sell the evils of racists, the evils of the patriarchy, fear of Trump and the lie that women are victims. The media outlets do not care about the left or the right so long as they get to move product. Fear sells.

Hold On We're Going Home by ASTR
[–]wanderer779 5 points 55 minutes ago
This was a realization for me. After Trump I thought the left was going to have a moment of realizing how crazy they all went. To me Trump was a way that voters sent messages to people in power. Among those messages was that we've had enough of the radicals on the left and we are willing to pick anyone that will fight them. It is a pretty loud message if you ask me - the guy is an absurd choice for president in normal times.
I realized a day or two after the election that it was not going to go down that way. It was foolish of me to expect them to turn course, as it is against human nature. These people are dug in on this stuff. Psychologically it's going to be pretty hard to admit they were wrong and it may take years for them to un-fuck themselves. In fact it may not ever happen and I may still be listening to lectures about privilege and toxic masculinity and safe spaces on my death bed.

Let's define some new alignments:
Trades Good - These folks get up every day and produce our food and drive us to work. These are the good working people who keep civilization running, often with a smile and a pleasant greeting. They treat each other fairly and will usually help those in distress. (Examples: farmers, cooks, cleaners, mechanics, drivers, nurses, construction workers, firemen)
STEM Good - People who look at the enormous complexity of the universe and attempt to forge it into something new. Decades of science and engineering. Mathematical and chemical equations. They are immersed in constant innovation, designing products and services to be used by the trades. (Examples: engineers, scientists, architects, programmers, doctors)
Adept Good - Modern day shaman. Special clerics trained in the arts of church and body. Many years of training in both the law of reciprocity and the way of discovery. Artistic training in both visual and musical arts. Physical training in mixed martial arts and fitness. (Examples: consuls, entertainers, judges, personal trainers, police officers)
Woeful Evil - Those whose souls and brains have been damaged. Basic logic is abandoned, so they rage and inflict destructive tendencies on both themselves and those around them. Selfish and violent, they have no respect for the good alignments. (Examples: drug addicts, thieves, murderers, wrath, sloth, envy)
Malignant Evil - They hunger for domination and perversions. Power is everything, to make the world their slaves. They create nothing of their own, so they seek to exploit the labors of others. (Examples: bankers, warlords, lobbyists, pride, slave traders, greed, gluttony)

RECIPROCITY: Is what they are doing good for us or bad for us?

Sun Tzu and the Concubines
Ssu-ma Ch`ien gives the following biography of Sun Tzu:
Sun Tzu Wu was a native of the Ch`i State. His ART OF WAR brought him to the notice of Ho Lu, King of Wu. Ho Lu said to him: "I have carefully perused your 13 chapters. May I submit your theory of managing soldiers to a slight test?"
Sun Tzu replied: "You may."
Ho Lu asked: "May the test be applied to women?"
The answer was again in the affirmative, so arrangements were made to bring 180 ladies out of the Palace. Sun Tzu divided them into two companies, and placed one of the King's favorite concubines at the head of each. He then bade them all take spears in their hands, and addressed them thus: "I presume you know the difference between front and back, right hand and left hand?"
The girls replied: Yes.
Sun Tzu went on: "When I say "Eyes front," you must look straight ahead. When I say "Left turn," you must face towards your left hand. When I say "Right turn," you must face towards your right hand. When I say "About turn," you must face right round towards your back."
Again the girls assented. The words of command having been thus explained, he set up the halberds and battle-axes in order to begin the drill. Then, to the sound of drums, he gave the order "Right turn." But the girls only burst out laughing. Sun Tzu said: "If words of command are not clear and distinct, if orders are not thoroughly understood, then the general is to blame."
So he started drilling them again, and this time gave the order "Left turn," whereupon the girls once more burst into fits of laughter. Sun Tzu: "If words of command are not clear and distinct, if orders are not thoroughly understood, the general is to blame. But if his orders ARE clear, and the soldiers nevertheless disobey, then it is the fault of their officers."
So saying, he ordered the leaders of the two companies to be beheaded. Now the king of Wu was watching the scene from the top of a raised pavilion; and when he saw that his favorite concubines were about to be executed, he was greatly alarmed and hurriedly sent down the following message: "We are now quite satisfied as to our general's ability to handle troops. If We are bereft of these two concubines, our meat and drink will lose their savor. It is our wish that they shall not be beheaded."
Sun Tzu replied: "Having once received His Majesty's commission to be the general of his forces, there are certain commands of His Majesty which, acting in that capacity, I am unable to accept."
Accordingly, he had the two leaders beheaded, and straightway installed the pair next in order as leaders in their place. When this had been done, the drum was sounded for the drill once more; and the girls went through all the evolutions, turning to the right or to the left, marching ahead or wheeling back, kneeling or standing, with perfect accuracy and precision, not venturing to utter a sound. Then Sun Tzu sent a messenger to the King saying: "Your soldiers, Sire, are now properly drilled and disciplined, and ready for your majesty's inspection. They can be put to any use that their sovereign may desire; bid them go through fire and water, and they will not disobey."
But the King replied: "Let our general cease drilling and return to camp. As for us, We have no wish to come down and inspect the troops."
Thereupon Sun Tzu said: "The King is only fond of words, and cannot translate them into deeds."
After that, Ho Lu saw that Sun Tzu was one who knew how to handle an army, and finally appointed him general. In the west, he defeated the Ch`u State and forced his way into Ying, the capital; to the north he put fear into the States of Ch`i and Chin, and spread his fame abroad amongst the feudal princes. And Sun Tzu shared in the might of the King.

If by Rudyard Kipling
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

The New Silk Road
Hope you are teaching your children Mandarin. The documentary is "China On Top", with quotes from Doug Casey's article "Chung Kuo":
"The Chinese absolutely resent the U.S. government parading its aircraft carriers off the China coast as if it owned the place. The U.S. government is not showing strength, it's displaying arrogance and stupidity by antagonizing a sleeping dragon. And the thought of American politicians—which is to say an assortment of insular lawyers, eggheaded wannabe social engineers, and refugees from Arkansas trailer parks—negotiating with people who've been through what the Chinese have, is just scary. The U.S. government may feel like it can call the shots now because it has a dozen aircraft carriers and a couple thousand fighter planes. But it's making a serious enemy while it's going to bankrupt America in a counterproductive projection of force to the other side of the planet.
The U.S. economy is growing at 2%, and China's at about 7%—but with a base of about four times the population. What this means is that the largest economy on the planet will soon no longer be America's—but China's.
Of course, the average American will still be living far more comfortably than the average Chinese; he'll still have a bigger house, more gadgets, cars, and consumer goods. But he may actually have considerably less investment capital and savings. And there will be vastly more wealthy Chinese, and they'll have vastly more wealth than wealthy Americans.
There are a number of reasons for this. One is that Chinese culture is ingrained with the Confucian work ethic, which is quite similar to the Protestant work ethic that helped the West get where it now is. The difference is that the West has become a group of flaccid welfare states, morally weakened by its own prosperity, pretty much as Joseph Schumpeter predicted.
Take an American and a Chinese, each with a dollar. Say both are equally smart and hardworking, and each is able to double his dollar every year—2, 4, 8, 16… The only difference is that the American pays 35% in taxes and the Chinese pays nothing. Actually the American is paying close to 50% and the Chinese is paying something, but the difference is about the same. With only that differential, by the time the American has one million dollars, how much does the Chinese have? The answer is that by the time the American has a million dollars in 28 years, the Chinese has 268 million."

"The easiest fix for you is to just not give them any validation until the time you are smashing. They should be wondering the entire time if you're actually attracted to them. Remember that a check in the box for guys is sex, a check in the box for girls is the validation. So the validation for her must come from your dick and you need to make sure she realizes that's the only place it's going to come from."
